Elise will guide you through theprocess of planting a combination of plants in a 4" planter while helping you exercise mindfulness techniques to encourage tuning into yourself as well as your plants. Realizing and deepening this conection is fundamental in learning how to better care for your plants.
Each participant will be taking their planting home along with a set of props that will help you continue to practice mindfulness in your daily life.
